Introduction

Some of the most popular films have been adaptations of books.

We all have at some point in our lives watched an adaptation even without knowning. Starting with the Disney movies of our childhood to the more recent sagas such as The Lords of the Rings , Harry Potter or even Chronicles of Narnia. This is not always easy work, fans of the books as well as authors themselves can sometimes be disapointed by the adaptation.
